Cuvée Paradise Blanc
Grapes: Rolle and Ugni blanc
Winemaking : Sparkling wine made by the "prise de mousse" method. The wines are then aged for 9 months on " lattes " (wooden laths) before disgorgement, followed by the addition of the expedition liqueur which will determine the quantity of sugar (brut, demi-sec)
Colour: clear with golden hints.
Nose: Delicately fruity with notes of small white flowers and hazelnut
Palate: Delicate and harmonious attack, you will appreciate the bubbles' finesse and its freshness.
