Winemaking : Sparkling wine made by the "prise de mousse" method. The wines are then aged for 9 months on " lattes " (wooden laths)  before disgorgement, followed by the addition of the expedition liqueur which will determine the quantity of sugar (brut, demi-sec)

Colour: Pale pink, with a hint of salmon colour.

Nose: very fresh, with red berry notes

Palate: Full-bodied attack with a beautiful balance.



 

To be served at 6-8°C for your drinks, aperitif or any other occasion.
