Harvested at the end of flowering, at maturity, without repellent, the honeys produced by LES ABEILLES DE GRIMAUD are uncapped cold with a hand knife, extracted by cold centrifugation and not heated.
Special attention is paid to the selection of foraging areas to preserve the balance of our breeding, to guarantee a regular and natural nutritional intake, to perpetuate the role of bees in the environment.
