Grapes: 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Syrah

Winemaking : Night mechanical harvests, cooled grapes to 8°C, cold pressing and settling, fermentation at constant temperature

Ageing : in stainless steel tanks for 3 months

Tasting notes :
Bright, limpid pink colour

Nose : notes of citrus zests and floral flavours.

Palate : The mouth is direct, full-bodied, with a perfect balance and a long and persistent finish

Pairing :  Aperitif, fried fish dishes.
